Condition: Very good+ in a fair only copy of the uncommon dustjacket (loss of approx 1 inch at upper corner of dj at fold, some loss of paper ranging from 1/4 inch to 1 inch at top of spine, and affecting the 'y' in 'they', rubbing, general edgewear) .
