    Condition: Near fine in a very good dust jacket (gift inscription dated 1933, some light foxing on the endpapers, spine of the dj is sunned, chipping at ends of dj spine, front cover illustration is bright and attractive, original price of 50c on flap).Flap of dust jacket lists to #10 in this series.

This was named Toc H after the soldier's term for the original house. Over the years this idea grew and the houses became known not only for delivering many services but for providing a place to debate the issues…
