Settings range from the small Quaker village in New Jersey where Asher was born and grew up, upstate New York where he established a business, and Dune, Michigan where his children lived with their families. SIGNED on the front endpaper, and uncommon thus. 366 pp. Dustjacket by Syd Browne.

Condition: Very good in very good dust jacket (some foxing to endpapers, discoloration from binder's glue, overall edgewear to dj, but orignal price of $2.50 still present.)
