Hardcover first edition - A story in Polynesia by this German poet - laid in is a slip which notes "Dieses Buch wurde als Blockbuch gedruckt, es darf daher an den Seiten nicht ausgeschnitten werden" (This book was printed as a block book, it must therefore not be cut out on the sides.) Small format. 57 pp plus colophon: "Das Buch wurde wahrend des grossen krieges in der druckerei des Deutschen Kommunalverlags in Berlin-Friedenau gedruckt (The book was printed during the great war in the print shop of the German municipal publishing house in Berlin-Friedenau)" Although not one of the numbered 200 copies, this is bound in brown leather with gilt lettering on the spine, narrow gilt bands on cover.
