Missionaries to China and the Boxer Rebellion all play a part in this story - this book is dedicated to Hoa-Sian-Si-Nui (Margaret Gillespie Fagg) and Hoa -Sian-Si (John Gerardus Fagg, the author of Forty Years in South China.)
