    Condition: Near fine in charcoal gray cloth in a good dust jacket with wraparound art (chipping at the ends of the spine, other edgewear, rubbing to the folds), original price of 21s net still present. .

Basis for the 1965 film of the same name, featuring Michael Caine. 224 pp. Bound in orange boards with gilt lettering on the spine, in the first issue dustjacket (without reviews) by Raymond Hawkey.

    Condition: Good overall in a good dust jacket - slight spine slant, some soiling to edges of textblock, dust jacket has chipping at the corners and the ends of the spine, short tears and other edgewear. Original price of 15 net still present. A decent copy of a rather hard to find book.
