Set in Florida, in the Everglades and at a small beach town, this feautures a girl working for a naturalist for the summer. Glossy frontispiece. 203 pp plus 7 pp of the first chapter from 'The Runaway Caravan,' the first in another Wirt series of books called Trailer Stories for Girls.

    Condition: Very good+ in orange cloth with navy lettering in a good dust jacket (dust jacket lists just 7 titles). Gift inscription on the illustrated front endpapers in the box provided for this, usual light toning to pages, chip to upper front corner of dj, slight loss at ends of spine, but overall a clean and tight book in an attractive dust jacket and uncommon thus.
