Large format, printed in two columns. Illustrated with maps, and many graphs, charts and tables. A valuable and very detailed reference. 377 pages.

    Condition: Ex-library with a few markings, but overall tight and clean in blue cloth binding (uncommon, and probably most, if not all, copies went to libraries.
