Each finds employment in a different area, and even though each book is a "boy's adventure novel" they were noted for their careful research and the detail given about many aspects of what was then modern life - and they remain interesting because they are so informative. Green and white frontispiece by P. L. Martin. Foreword by the author. List in front of book only goes thru Shenandoah II (published in 1926). 220 pp. Very uncommon in this condition and in dust jacket.
Condition: Near fine in dark green cloth with a pasted on illustration that reproduces the cover of the dj, in very good dust jacket with wraparound art (some rubbing to the lettering on the spine of the book, a bit of chipping to the dj at the top of the spine, corner folds).
