SIGNED first edition - A whimsical story about a little boy who portrays a Fairy in a play and wants to be one, a book about fantasies, illustrated on alternate pages with delicate drawings of butterflies, birds, fairies, and flowers in green. States that this was a limited & numbered edition of 500, but this copy is not numbered. INSCRIBED by author on dedication page "To Melba Miller, who seems to have a dream world too." This copy in wrappers was possibly an advance review copy (the 500 numbered copies were published in hardcover.) 139 pp plus colophon.
Condition: Very good in plain brown wrappers (some chipping and edge tears to the covers, a bit of curling to the corners.)
