Autobiography of an early 20th century medical doctor, born in Ohio, and who, after serving overseas during World War I, went to medical school and practiced medicine both in Columbus, Ohio and then in Modesto, California. He was also very active in the community - especially with the Boy Scouts. INSCRIBED by the author on the front endpaper "To some very wonderful people, wholesome and patient and thoughtful" (not personalized.) Fronstispiece. 327 pp. Very near fine in a good dustjacket (some chipping and edgewear to the dj.) .
